Hot Lunch Program

The Sexsmith PAC is happy to announce that we are offering hot lunch Fridays. This is a popular fundraiser that is 100% volunteer run by parents/guardians.

REGISTRATION:

1. Go to www.munchalunch.com/schools/Sexsmith

2. Sign into your MunchaLunch account, or register for a new account if you don’t already have one.

3. Add your child name, grade, and division.

ORDER DETAILS:

You have the option of ordering for the term, for the month or on a weekly basis. We would encourage you to order for the term as this is the easiest for both you and the PAC to manage.

HOW TO CHANGE ORDER:

Log in here: https://munchalunch.com/login

1. Open My Orders and choose the order.

2. Press Edit Order.  You land back on the ordering page with the date and child ready.

3. Add, remove, or change items.  An amber bar at the bottom shows the difference, and its button says exactly what happens next.  Nothing changes until you press it.  Discard edit puts everything back.  

4. Your change cost less - press Update order $X credit.  Your change cost the same - press Update order.  Your change cost more - press Update & pay $X and it will take you to the payment page.  

During the editing process, any credits will be automatically applied to your account. If your new order is lower in cost, the remaining credit will be applied to your next order. If there’s any balance owing, you’ll need to pay it to finalize the order.
