Munch a Lunch

The Sexsmith PAC is happy to announce that we are offering hot lunch on Wednesdays and Fridays. This is a popular fundraiser that is 100% volunteer run by parents/guardians.

How to order

REGISTRATION:

  1. Go to www.munchalunch.com/schools/Sexsmith

  2. After registering your child or children, click the green “Order Lunch” button to order

  3. Next time, just click the “Login Here” button to access your account.

  4. Once your order is completed you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder email each week.  ** if you do not receive a confirmation email with your order, then go back and repeat step 3.

ORDER DETAILS:

You have the option of ordering for the term, for the month or on a weekly basis. We would encourage you to order for the term as this is the easiest for both you and the PAC to manage.

HOW TO CHANGE ORDER:

  1. Log in here: https://munchalunch.com/login

  2. Navigate to: My Account > View My Orders > Click ‘Edit’ next to the order.

  3. Follow the on-screen prompts (the system will place all future lunch selections back into your ‘shopping cart,’ which will appear on the right for changes and re-submission).

  4. Go to the date/menu you wish to change > select the item(s) to remove and click Remove > Add any new items if desired > When done, go to the last menu and click Finished > Complete the remaining steps through to Checkout.

  5. You must re-submit the updated order to ensure your child continues to receive lunches.

During the editing process, any credits will be automatically applied to your account. If your new order is lower in cost, the remaining credit will be applied to your next order. If there’s any balance owing, you’ll need to pay it to finalize the order.
